This is a personalized digital purchase: PDF, narrated audio and, if selected, a song. Nothing is shipped.
If a file is missing, cannot be opened or does not match your order, email us with your order link and a description of the problem.
We will supply missing files or correct content that does not match the contract, free of charge and within a reasonable time. Where the law provides, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or refund, including for serious faults.
Once digital supply has begun with your express consent, acknowledgement and the required confirmation, the change-of-mind withdrawal right no longer applies. We do not offer an additional satisfaction or change-of-mind refund guarantee.
Your statutory rights are not limited to 30 days. This policy does not replace them.
Stripe/Link handles payment refunds under its own policy and may refund a purchase within 60 days even if our policy is stricter.
Earlier purchases retain any guarantee offered when they were made.
