This policy explains what we collect and how we use it to make and deliver your book — kept short and plain.
We use your quiz answers to create the book, narration and any purchased song, and your email to send purchase and delivery messages. Preview reminders and offers require your separate, optional consent.
Photos. Photos are optional. We send an uploaded photo to our illustration provider to draw the character and discard it from our application after processing. We store only the resulting illustration. The provider processes the image under its own data-protection terms; we do not use your photo to train models.
By uploading a photo you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have permission to use the image, and you consent to this one-time processing.
Our service is for adults making books for children. Children do not use it themselves — every detail about the child is provided by the adult placing the order.
Payments are handled by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details.
Our providers include Vercel and Supabase for hosting and storage, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for text, fal.ai for images, ElevenLabs for narration, KIE for songs, Resend for email, and PostHog for logs and analytics. ElevenLabs may also provide songs.
If you choose a song, we send its title, lyrics and musical style to the song provider. The title and lyrics may include the child's name and details from their story.
Download your purchased files within 30 days of completion. We delete expired creative files through our cleanup process and keep basic transaction records as required. Unpurchased previews are removed after 14 days.
You can ask us to see or delete your personal data at any time — just email info@fablemio.com.
Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. We disable automatic text capture and session recording, and do not send child names, photos or quiz text to PostHog or Meta. Change your choice using Cookie preferences.
